Mafia: The Old Country takes you back to 1900s Sicily for a gritty crime story centered on Enzo Favara, a young man determined to escape a difficult past and earn his place within the Torrisi crime family. Explore rural countryside, villages, ruins, and the streets of San Celeste while carrying out dangerous assignments for the Family. Combat combines firearms, stealth, close-range knife fighting, and tense one-on-one duels, while horses and early automobiles provide different ways to travel through the Sicilian landscape. The PS5 version delivers detailed visuals, fast loading, DualSense haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and 3D audio. A post-launch Free Ride mode also adds races, combat challenges, exploration, and new secrets.
